She has worked in the accounting industry for over 15 years and has extensive financial, process implementation and improvement, and change management experience. She is a member of the Women’s Leadership Team and other groups promoting diversity at her current place of employment and enjoys the opportunity to work in her field coupled with her passion of mentoring others in the workspace.

Michelle recognizes that she would not be where she is in life today if not for the investment, support, belief, encouragement, tough love, and accountability that she received throughout the years and wants to do her part to provide that support to others and help them to achieve their goals. She has future plans to obtain her CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license and teach Accounting at the collegiate level to help foster a love and appreciation for the field for the next generation in the workforce. Michelle prides her accomplishments on her faith, support and love from her family, and the desire to constantly grow and take on new challenges.

Michelle is married to her high school sweetheart; Patrick and they have two children. She loves to read (actual books or audible books) and enjoys spending time with her family creating memories.
