Stacy Kilcoyne serves as vice president of human resources and chief diversity officer for Southern Company. In this role, Kilcoyne oversees all human resources activities for the company, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, operations, employee and leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Kilcoyne brings more than 30 years of experience to the position. Kilcoyne joined Southern Company in 1977. She has progressed through varying degrees of supervisory and management positions in human resources, becoming a business team leader in 1999 and then director of human resources for Southern Company Generation in 2006, adding the transmission organization to those duties in 2008.
